Enjoy the "Million Dollar" view at Paradise Point, Our home is at end of Perrin Cove on the site of the original Perrin Rod and Gun Club. We have over two acres in a very secluded area off the old North Perrin Cove Road now called Fulton Rd. We have completely renovated down to the studs the old cabin and added a beautiful addition facing the lake so every view is a lake view. The cabin has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Our unique layout has two masters that face the lake with french doors that open to the screened porch, where you can enjoy the lake and that first cup of morning coffee. The Kids room has six custom built-in bunk beds with plenty of space for the younger ones. We have added custom glass showers and wall to wall tile with granite counter tops in both bathrooms. The open kitchen has all the room needed to cook, entertain and gather all with the view of beautiful Lake Burton. The family room boost plenty of seating to watch the game or to enjoy a movie all centered on a large stone wood burning fire place. The screened porch runs the length of the house and is the perfect place to sit and relax to watch the kids jumping off the dock or playing around the property. The cabin also boosts an open deck with a gas grill for burgers and steaks or maybe for that fresh catch. In the evening sit around a roaring fire at our fire pit and enjoy just being outside and the view of the lake. Bring your boat and all your water toys and enjoy all that Lake Burton has to offer.

We love this lakehouse so much! It is a quiet little cove on Lake Burton. We fished off the dock and saw lots of wild life around. I loved sitting on the dock in the morning and listening to the birds and watching an otter playing in the water. My family put the fire pit to good use several nights, sharing stories and s'mores. The owners couldn't be nicer. Hope to be back again.

What a wonderful stay! There were 4 of us all over 60 who have been in our own health conscious pod since Covid began... so first, we really appreciated the cleanliness of the cabin. Second, we really appreciated the property with its gentle slope to the water. There seem to be a lot of properties around beautiful Lake Burton with LOTS of stairs involved, so this was great not to have that. We had our two old dogs with us who appreciated that too! Even with the back stairs off the house, one could always us the front entrance to walk to the back with no stairs involved. There were so many sitting areas to have to yourself. From the huge screened porch to the covered back porch to the living room to the fire pit with 4 Adirondack chairs around it facing lake, to the dock in the lake with 2Adirondack chairs and benches. Not to mention the two lake facing bedrooms. We used them all, and was wonderful to have To spread out during the day. The kitchen was very well appointed. We brought all our food, but Clayton was very close by and a pretty little drive two different ways. Pantry was huge. Kitchen was large, and lots of counter space to prep food, ...put all our things. Gas grill was great to use! Every night before it got dark, we’d turn the string of lights on hung around the back of house, Build a bonfire, and have drinks around the fire pit and look out at the beautiful lake. Was a wonderful getaway from the world in a very special place. The cottage was beautifully decorated with lots Of thoughtful touches from candles to throw blankets to the chopped wood. All of the porch and deck and outside furniture was sturdy, high end and comfortable. It was truly a hidden gem.
