About this apartment rental

In a luxury residence of recent construction, with pool in residence, comfortable studio on the 1st floor, is ideally located near the marina, shops and the beach (150 m) of Scaffa Rossa.
3 minutes walk from shops: bakeries, mini markets, shops.


Description:

Entrance: 2 bunk beds (2 x 90)

Living room: 2 seater sofa bed, coffee table, table with 4 chairs, TV (TNT).

Kitchenette: induction hob, microwave oven, coffee maker, storage space.

Bathroom: bath, washbasin.

Separate WC

Terrace: Garden furniture, village view, plancha and 2 sunbaths

Pool (secure, locked) is open from 01/05 / to 30/09 Pool hours: from 9:30 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 20:00

An imprint of bank card in deposit of guarantee, will be required upon your arrival (deposit 600 euros) except Airbnb customers.

Pets NOT allowed
Cleaning (65 euros) and optional linen rental
Cleaning obligatorily paid if departure before 9:00 am.
