Die direkte Lage zum Strand und zum Meer. Die Nähe zum Naturschutzgebiet, dem Ter und gleichzeitig die Nähe zum Zentrum mit seinen vielfältigen Geschäften und Restaurants. Sportliche Aktivitäten kommen ebenfalls nicht zu kurz. Eigener Hundestrand.
