I loved the localization, the interior is cozy and comfortable. You have everything you need here, from bathroom supplies to fully equipped kitchen (shared).

The only slightly unpleasant thing would be the staircase to get to the apartments

Close to city centre.

The common entrance stairs lighting was not working so had to go up to the first floor in the dark. This area not being part of the rooms is not looked after and needs a good clean and fresh coat of paint. The space between the bed and the wall in room 1 is too small and uncomfortable to walk through. I asked to leave two small pieces of luggage for a few hours until it was time for our flight but I never got a positive answer so I had a very uncomfortable five hours running around the Christmas market pulling my two bags.
