About this house rental
This unique property offers stunning views of the sea, city, and mountains, surrounded by lush greenery in a peaceful and quiet part of town.
Despite the serene setting, access to the main road is simple and convenient — Split is just 30 minutes away, and Trogir only 15 minutes by car.
The entire estate spans approximately 2,360 m² and includes around 500 m² of lawn, a children’s playground, and a beautifully landscaped park of about 300 m² with seating areas for relaxing outdoors.
A charming fish pond adds to the tranquil atmosphere. The living area covers roughly 300 m² and is divided into two separate units (on two floors), each with its own private entrance.
The rest of the land is planted with lemon and olive trees, enhancing the Mediterranean feel of the property. The outdoor area includes a swimming pool with a jacuzzi/hot tub, an outdoor shower and toilet, and sun loungers for your comfort and enjoyment. Secure parking is available for three large vehicles, with additional space in front of the house.

Wir sind zu 8. gewesen und es war perfekt. Wir hätten es uns nicht schöner vorstellen können. Es ist alles genau wie beschrieben und so gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Aufteilung der beiden Wohnungen, der Garten sowie die vielen verschiedenen Essbereiche haben unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Wenn wir Fragen hatten konnten wir Stipe und seine Familie direkt erreichen. Danke, dass ihr uns so einen tollen Urlaub ermöglicht habt und hoffentlich bis nächstes Jahr :)

We spent a week in this house (9 adults) and it was really great. The hosts were really nice and made sure we were having the best hollidays. The House was perfect and the beds were very comfortable ! 10/10

The villa is fully adherent with the Homeway site description, it is complete of all things a person could desire both inside and outside an house; outdoor there are a beautiful swimming pool, gardens and very large spaces to stay and eat. There is also a dedicated big room for barbecue. Last but not least, the proprietary and his family are very kind people who supported us during our stay. Our stay in this house was one of the best holiday period ever for us.
