Appartement en duplex, spacieux, agréable et lumineux. Très bien placé. Place de parking au pied du logement. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire.

Literie moyenne. Frigo trop petit et totalement inadapté pour la capacité de couchages du logement. Vaisselle manquantes (bol, économe...) Pas de wifi. Service attendu pour un logement de ce tarif. Installation électrique à revoir. Après avoir lancé un lave vaisselle et une machine à laver en même temps, le disjoncteur a sauté. Obligé de descendre les 4 étages sans ascenseur pour aller reenclencher le compteur.

Appartamento molto confortevole e ben arredato. Bagni perfetti e ambienti accoglienti.

L’unica pecca non segnalata è che l’appartamento è al quarto piano senza ascensore ma tutto il resto compensa questo dettaglio.

the location is not bad, its not ski to your door, but its a short walk up a hill to the slope, a great view out of the windows on the second floor, not sure where the balcony that is described is, but top living floor was pretty nice, full kitchen. Very friendly host, the restaurant down the street, lo tata is delicious, but book early, it gets busy. It has three bedrooms, with two bathrooms, so there was room for everybody to sleep.

i expected this place to be larger, it did not seem to be 1700 square feet, there is no balcony from the living room as described, its not a chalet as it says, its a small top floor apartment on the 4th floor with no elevator. living room and kitchen one room upstairs, downstairs has the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The electrical didnt work great, if the oven and washing machine were on at the same time, it would trip the main power, so you would have to walk down stairs to the entrance to. There is no wifi, it did not claim to have it, but i dont remember staying anywhere that has not included it. If it was half the price, it would have been acceptable, but at these prices it didnt meet expectations.
