Absolutely fabulous!!!

The apartment is on the hill with stunning views to the sea. It is spotlessly clean, modern, comfortable, easily can host 8 people. Jelena is a perfect host: always available, communicative and helpful. I couldn't recommend it more!

Really absolutely nothing to complain about. But keep in mind the apartment is on a quite steep hill - 20 minutes uphill from the beaches.

Nothing much but one bathroom upstairs have window without cover so you are visible to a neighbours.

Great views of Mlini

This property is located on a hill, providing amazing views of Mlini and nearby beaches. With 4 bedrooms, it's suitable for a large family. The AC was very much needed for the Croatian summer. Both hosts were super nice and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. With (some) steps away, you find yourself in a very family friendly, amazingly beautiful set of beaches where you can also find restaurants, water sports and gift shops. Dubrovnik is also easily reachable by bus or Uber, same for Cavtat.

Nothing we didn't like. Just a few points: The view comes with a price, and for us, with kids and my parents, going all the way up was not an option sometimes, and we had to resort to Uber, which is easy to get. Uber might also be necessary to get some groceries.

View from balcony is shown as exactly. Has everything exactly as shown in pictures. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Property owner is extraordinary, made a video and shown us how to navigate to location. We travelled with 2 cars, she shown us where to use her neighbour parking. One parking is right is Infront of apartment. Has lot of cutlery to cook for urself. A big refrigerator which can dispense ice instantly. 2 bedrooms on Attic has attached bathrooms.and the list goes on....

Definitely not a point I didn't like. Information for others. We are like 6 ppl, hot water was a bit challenging for 6th person, we waited for like 15 mins and everything is normal. If we are there in summer we don't care about hot water.

Exceptional

Very clean, big apartment with a beautiful view from the balcony. You'll find anything you need in the kitchen, so you can cook instead of going to restaurants. Remember that to the apartment leads a road which is up to the hill, so be prepared to climb a little. Bus stop was 5min away from our stay and it mostly travels every 30min. The entire apartment was amazing for my group of friends and if we decide to come back to Mlini, we'll definitely stay here once again.

I think the only thing that was difficult was climbing up the hill. Remember that from the beach there is a Hard way up to the apartment. And the closest shop is in other town, around 20min walk from the apartment

The view was fantastic. Jelena was a fantastic host dealing with all enquiries. Would definitely stay again if going with family. The apartment was bigger than expected. Air-conditioning is a must in the heat and it did its job well.

Lovely host! Really friendly and helpful telling us about the area. Apartment was lovely, really clean and comfortable. And amazing views!! Would highly recommend staying here, great value for money and about a 10 min walk down some steep stairs takes you to some lovely bars/restaurants by the sea.
