Furnished cottage with two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, kitchen and living room. Completely renovated, fully equipped close to the nature reserve of the gorges of Ardeche.
ideally located (15 minutes from Pont d'Arc valley and 20 minutes from the exit Bollène or Montélimar South). Large pool area of more than 280 m² accessible in full (to share with another cottage of 4 people), all on a plot of more than 1,5 ha trees.

Lovely Gite and Pool in stunning surroundings

Such a friendly family. The gite is attached to the main house to the side but you have complete privacy to the side with outside table and chairs with BBQ. The pool is large and wonderful complete with tennis table too and a 5 second walk from the Gite. The gite itself was modern, comfortable. Great shower. Lovely and cool due to the thick walls. There is a large supermarket 10 minutes away at the nearby town. The scenery is amazing. So much to do within 20 minutes front he gite- caves, river swimming at Vallon, breathtaking scenery everywhere you drove. Would definitely recommend

Gîte moderne et fonctionnel. Bon accueil, disponible et de bons conseils pour les visites. Nous avons partagé avec d'autres personnes une belle piscine avec transats, table de ping-pong,... De nombreuses visites dans les environs.

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille dans le gîte. Son emplacement est idéal proche de toutes les activités du sud de l'Ardèche. Le gîte est moderne, fonctionnel et parfait pour une famille avec deux enfants. La piscine est fantastique et l'espace extérieur à disposition permet de sortir le ballon... Les propriétaires qui vivent sur place sont d'une grande gentillesse et nous ont permis de découvrir des endroits magnifiques. Nous serions volontiers restés une semaine supplémentaire. Aucun bémol à signaler. Une semaine parfaite.

Nous avons séjournés une semaine dans ce gite . Lieu idéal pour visiter l’Ardèche et se reposer.La piscine est grande et les transats sont à notre disposition. L'appartement est propre et spacieux et très fonctionnel. Idéal le lave vaisselle et le linge linge quand on a des enfants. Pour l'extérieur,le parc est sécurisé. et très vaste. Merci au propriétaire,nous reviendrons Mr et Mme Cohade et les petits enfants

Wir haben 10 abwechslungsreiche Tage erlebt. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, der Pool sehr schön und sauber. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan und sind sehr nett. Der einzige Nachteil war die Lage direkt an der Straße, es war schon recht laut. Der nächste Supermarkt ist etwa 15 km entfernt, ein Bäcker in Saint-Remeze etwa 5 km entfernt.

Très bien reçu lae gîte est à l'image de l'annonce une piscine superbe et les alentours extra. Les gorges de l'Ardèche sont à 15min en voiture. Les produits locaux sont super 👌

Les hôtes sont très accueillants, chaleureux et disponibles. Le gîte est parfait pour 4 personnes, avec la piscine qui fait la différence. Le tout dans un grand parc arboré situé près de la D4. Nous avons passé un séjour sans aucune fausse note.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, été tres bien accueillis. Le village est charmant avec toutes commodités et produits régionaux de qualité. Nous attendons impatiemment notre prochain séjour afin de découvrir les finitions terrasse et piscine toute récente. Seul bémol nous avons eu un peu de vent dû aux hauteurs lors de notre séjour.

Un excellent séjour. L' Ardèche est une superbe région avec d'innombrables activités : randonnées, grottes, descentes en canoë, plus beaux villages de France. Deux semaines n'étaient pas suffisantes en fin de compte pour en profiter pleinement. Concernant la location, notre gîte était très agréable et à bonne température grâce aux pierres ardéchoises. La piscine est splendide et est réservée aux locataires durant tout le séjour, ce qui est très agréable. Enfin, je pense que le séjour n'aurait pas été le même sans avoir fait la connaissance de nos hôtes : Fabien et sa petite famille sont des gens formidables et d'une gentillesse rare. Merci pour les soirées et la découverte de la cuisine locale (pas des plus légères mais qui fait un bien fou). Il nous tarde de revenir !
