Escape to this fantastic 2 bedroom beach cottage set on a large block with Ocean beaches at the end of the street and walking access to Bay beaches, St Paul's road shops, Sorrento, fine dinning and walking tracks you don't need to drive once at the Spruce Goose.
With hardwood floors throughout just sweep the beach away and enjoy the sounds of the ocean waves breaking along the coast. Outdoor dinning area with BBQ and seating for 6 to enjoy the evenings. Whether you're golfing, riding, swimming, diving or just holidaying with the family, this house is for you. Two living areas with TV, WiFi, king bed and two bunk beds there is room for six at the Goose.

This beach cottage set on a large block with native bush garden is ideal for families and couples exploring the Mornington Peninsula. With 2 bedrooms, family room, sunroom, kitchen with gas cooking, bathroom with a shower/full size bath, heated towel racks and laundry with separate toilet there is room for everyone. Main bed room has built-in and freestanding wardrobes for extra storage. Vanity with draws and luxury king size bed and bedding, to rest the weary body after a day at the beach.
The second bedroom has a freestanding wardrobe and a 6 draw lowboy and Two bunk beds accommodating up to four people. With a well lit Sun room, family room with a dining table, comfortable couch, Wi-Fi, slim TVs and Blue-Ray Player's, you will find ample space to move about the Spruce Goose and be entertained. Outside dinning area to enjoy evening meals, Sun-room with second TV and couches make it a great area to keep the children entertained. Kitchen with gas cooking and fridge, laundry with washing machine and troves at your disposal long term stays are made easy.

There is reverse cycle heating/air conditioning, blade less fans are also supplied but due to the properties close location to the ocean and afternoon breezes bring cool nights, oil filled heaters are supplied on this cosey property.

MAXIMUM GUESTS
The Maximum number of people residing on the property at any time during a stay is Six Adults or any combination of Six Adults & Children. The property Manager must be informed of all guests names and ages during your stay at the Spruce Goose. There is no camping allowed on the grounds nor are camper vans and other portable dwellings to be brought onto the property. Exceeding the maximum guest limit may result in the cancellation of a stay.
Please note nightly rate is set for 2 people using king bed ,extra guests , using single beds, are charged out at $50.00 each per stay


BOND

A Bond of $200.00 is taken in the form of a manual Credit Card Swipe which is returned to you on your departure.

Long weekends are a minimum of 3 nights.
Cup weekend is a minimum of 4 nights.

No Schoolies.

Pet Friendly but negotiable depending on time of year.
