Conveniently located and the house was very well maintained. Could not ask for more as far as the amenities.
The beds were a tad soft for my liking, but generally acceptable for a few nights of rest.

Location was perfect for our needs, quiet but easily accessible to freeways. The garage was useful for us. The kitchen was very well stocked— much better than most short-term rentals we have stayed at.
Two of the beds were not very comfortable for us — mattresses were too soft and the one in en suite bedroom was lumpy. One of the beds squeaked loudly with minor body movements overnight. We liked the neighborhood peacocks but they could be wuite loud overnight and disturbed some of our sleepers. With newer mattresses we’d rate it a 9 or 10.

Comfortable and near everything we wanted to do. Also went for some walks in the neighborhood.
Peacocks were a new experience and nice for the first couple days, then the calls and droppings started to get old. The house was older and needs some updating. The windows and window treatments need to be replaced.
