This was such an adorable place to stay! The other 2 cabins werent too close and it was out in the country just enough to really feel like your in the wild.

We were looking for a unique and cozy place to stay for our Black Hills trip and this cabin fit the bill and totally exceeded our expectations. There are only three cabins on location and they overlook the ranch where the goats are kept. We sat and watched their antics from the cabin's amazing porch where we also saw several deer fawns playing in the grass. The surrounding wooded hills add so much to the charm of this wonderful location.The cabin is well appointed and has a kitchen area that has everything you need to prepare meals. The beds were very comfortable and provided a restful night's sleep after a long day in nearby Custer State Park. The Pleasant Valley team was very friendly, knowledgeable of the area and made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this location for couples wishing for a Black Hills getaway or for families with children wanting a secluded place to get close to nature.
