About this apartment rental
We are located in a quiet seaside community. Local beaches, winery, general store, gas station, hiking, supermarket and churches are within ten minutes. Newport R.I. and Providence R.I. is a thirty five minute drive. Cape Cod, Ma is approximately a one hour drive. Our guest suite is an open concept with twelve hundred square feet. There are two private bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed while the second bedroom has two twin beds. The spacious bathroom has laundry facilities. The full kitchen comes complete with all the cooking pans and utensils you would need. This suite is located on the second floor and comes with a private entrance. Host live on site and will be available for questions and or guidance of the local area.

It was a very nice stay. We visited our family in Tiverton and it was the perfect place to stay.

The house looks amazing. The grounds were beautifully kept and quite scenic. The rooms and living area were spacious. The furnishings were decent and comfortable.
I would say that the check process could improve. I had to ask for the entry code twice before it arrived late evening prior to the subsequent morning check-in, which was not convenient when dealing with multiple people within our group. Since the code was only valid during our exact rental period, anyway, I’m not sure why more advanced Notification of that entry code was not provided. Also, there were several doors and compartments for the multi-rental unit property. No consideration was given to explain which door or entry point was designated for our room. But we figured it out on our own after a bit of confusion (e.g. second floor, top of stairs vs. first door after the entry point).
