The internal facility is super clean and tidy.
It locates in the middle of Wimbledon village. There are plenty of coffee shop and restaurants to choose from.
The facility is below the ground floor.
There are too much rubbish left in the front door by people living in the house upstairs.

Location
The maximum capacity of two persons is enough for two adults and two children and not 4 adults, the second room is very small and the bed is uncomfortable. The garden needs attention we didn't use,

Being close to Wimbledon village.
Bathroom sink had no hot water (a trickle) and the handbasin plug did not operate. I did advise the manager and advised I was not stressed. But it was never attended to.
Ambiguity around whether bed linen and towels were supplied was only clarified when we arrived at the house.
Whilst we were requested to sign a very clear contract which included noise there was obviously no agreement with the neighbor above.
