świetna lokalizacja, parking w hali garażowej, dobry kontakt z właścicielem.
mieszkania wymaga porządnego” odświeżenia”. generalnie brudne z plamami ściany, wszędzie pełno kurzu, odklejająca się okleina od szafek, brudne firany, kanapa, pourywane uchwyty w szafach i ciężko się otwiera, braki w szafkach kuchennych (2 kubki do kawy, 3 widelce, 4 noże). mimo iż jest zmywarka i tak nie można jej zapełnić, bo po jednym użyciu brak kolejnych sztućców czy szklanek do użycia i trzeba myć.

Przestronny lokal w przyjemnej okolicy. Miejsce garażowe z przypisanym numerem i windą.
TV - jakość sygnału, a przez to ilość dostępnych kanałów. Jednak to ostateczność, przy lokalizacji i możliwości spędzenia czasu na zewnątrz.

Локація.ліфт,піземне паркування.близько магазини.доволі простора квартира.
Таке враження,що в помешканні не прибирають.кухня-2 бали з 10.мало посуду,кришки кастрюль і сковороди не за розміром-все стікає на варочну плиту.духовка не працювала-господар пообіцяв замінити,але все залишилось як було(7днів!).паперових рушників обмаль,туалетний папір докупляли самі,з сміттєвими пакетами те саме.ми зупинялись кілька раз в цьому помешканні-надіюсь останній(такі умови не коштують таких грошей!).телевізор немає інтернету.
