Everything was perfect for our family stay. Cooking facilities, ironing facilities, space for 6 people, parking at the premises, AC, pool, views…. Everything we needed! It’s very close to the centre of Porto Rotondo, so you can simply walk there.

L appartamento è in un bel residance, con piscina , si arriva a piedi in centro, zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa.ingresso privato con parcheggio privato chiuso da una sbarra. L appartamento in sé è molto bello , collocato al primo piano, con una camera da letto matrimoniale con un bell armadio grande con travi a vista, a fianco un bagno cieco con la lavatrice, una bella cucinina nuova, un bel salottino, una scala che sale al piano sopra (piano soppalcato)dove si trovano dei lettini singoli per i bimbi e un altro bagnetto con un piccolo lucernario. All esterno del salotto, si trova un bel terrazzino con vista sulla piscina . C è il condizionatore. Il proprietario e la signora che ci ha seguiti all arrivo e all andata sono veramente gentilisismi ed estremamente disponibili!
Ho trovato l appartamento un po trascurato e poco pulito. Peccato perche è veramente bello.

The grounds are beautiful, and the apartment is cozy. Close to shopping, dining and the marina. We took a long walk (2 km) to Tartarughina Beach, and a taxi to Spiaggia di Marinella. The pool is lovely. Washing machine, refrigerator. Lucia was very helpful.
The front door presented a challenge to unlock several times. No soap or shampoo in the bathrooms. The air conditioner unit in the living room cooled the bottom floor well, not so much the loft. You have to leave the downstairs bedroom door open to get the air. The pool has restricted hours (1930 closing?), should be disclosed in the ad. No towels for pool use.. The loft shower curtain is very (!) long and doesn't hold back the water, which went all over the floor. Four guests but only two wine glasses?
