Assolutamente nulla.

The house is absolutely charming and we've never stayed in a house that has been so lovingly furnished and equipped with all sorts of goodies. There was even a coffee station with various instant coffees and teas, the bathroom hat lost of little samples (all the toiletries you can imagine, and even an anti mosquito spray and some tampons etc!). The garden is spectacular and our dogs enjoyed every minute of it. The jaccuzzi is lovely even in hot weather, we simply didn't heat the water as much and it was perfect as a refreshment between lounging on the deck chairs. There are two (TWO!) barbecues that you can use, totally nuts. Everything was perfect and we really really want to come back. The hosts are absolutely wonderful people. Easy access to lots of nearby beaches (within 5-10 minutes by car).

You just have to ignore the neighbours who are a bit odd, let's say. But you don't see them from the house and they're not loud. If you don't speak Croatian you can easily ignore them.

Beautiful house with everything that you need for your vacation. Super clean and well preserved. The host was very friendly and helpful. She provided lots of tips for Pula and the area around Medulin. The area in Vinkuran is very quiet and nice. It is such a lovely home, decorated with lots of love and the amenities were great. Our dog also loved the big garden and she was very comfortable. Normally she’s a bit nervous in new places. Thank you so much for this gem! We will definitely be back ♥️
