The location is very suitable for families with small children. (shallow sea, absolutely without urchins, sandy and gravel bottom, overgrown with ''Posedonia ''seagrass , huge large "Pinna nobilis - shells 50-70cm !), warm water for kids.
Possibility of lunch, dinner in front of the apartment in the restaurant.
Giant anchor; all the other local people are also collecting old anchors
On the back, the owner has a shower with fresh water to rinse off the salt ; the owner is annoyed if you walk into the apartment salty.
There are no heat problems, despite the lack of air climate conditioning.
Excellently equipped kitchen and bathrooms.
Direct access to the sea is via terrace of the restaurant - (10m ) could have separate access.
There is separate access, but it runs around the house across the street to the beach about 100m.
WiFi in the apartment DOES NOT WORK (very weak signal) and is limited to the terrace of the restaurant.
People watch home TV News now online and kids love to watch their belowed home cartoons ?!
The TV is great but the programs are unpopular (I recommend an SSD player with a video library in case of bad weather)

Location was amazing
The kitchen was very poorly equipped - no bowls, one small sharp knife, no scraper, no cooking gloves. The drain both in kitchen and shower was clogged.
