The location is an easy walk from the bus station if you are coming from that way. Very friendly hotel staff! Room was ready early and there is a small elevator if you have bags :) Room was great size and had everything you needed. The breakfast staff and the breakfast was fantastic. Easy location to see Caldas.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was simple but clean. The breakfast was extensive, including even fresh-squeezed orange juice, which is unusual outside top hotels. Location is central.
The room had a very small, high window (too high to look out of) and a normal-sized window overlooking a small interior space shared with others. So no natural light or view.
