WHITE HOUSE is a contemporary luxury beachfront villa located in the exclusive Palm Cay gated community, one of the newest villa rentals in The Bahamas, just 30 minutes' drive from Nassau Airport and within 10 minutes to downtown Nassau or Atlantis on Paradise Island.
WHITE HOUSE has 4,500 sq. f., offering you twice as much space as any other Palm Cay rental unit. Its spaciousness flows over 3 levels with 5 bedrooms, 4,5 bathrooms and will accommodate up to 8 adults and 4 children (up to 12 yrs. of age) in absolute luxury.
You will be stunned by the picture-perfect view from the first floor living and dining area - the 50 shades of ocean Turquoise, an icing sugar beach, bright skies and the most wonderful sunsets.
A 1,200' long white sand beach is right behind the balcony door, you are just few steps away from having your feet in the water. Decorated with elegance and style the house will welcome you with modern and comfortable designer furniture.
The Master Bedroom located on the second floor features a king size bed, a large private balcony and a spacious bathroom with marble countertops, double sized walk-in shower and a jacuzzi spa tub with chromatherapy! Wake up and have a look on the beautiful ocean while you are still laying in the bed, take a shower or bath and enjoy the beautiful scenery - turquoise water and palm trees.
The two more bedrooms situated on the second floor have their private en-suites.
The third floor offers two communicating bedrooms (king size bed + two chair-beds, optimal for family with children) with two ocean facing balconies and a large media/play area with an office corner and an additional sleeping area (queen sized sofa-bed and full futon).
All bedrooms are equipped with designer fans, memory foam mattresses and all bathrooms have jetted tub or air bath.
The open concept kitchen is a chef's playground with all one could ask for, including a 48" Kitchen Aid gas range, 4 ovens, 2 dishwashers and a 5K Kinetico Reverse Osmosis Water Purification System linked to the kitchen Isle faucet and to the refrigerator for ice & cold water. Enjoy the purest water and forget about buying bottles.
White House has free Wi-Fi Internet and Cable TV (including sports channels & HBO), three Blue-ray players and four smart HD TVs including a 80" 3D television in the living room.
Amenities like a beautiful private beach with snorkeling and kayaking, the Club House Restaurant, a full-service deep water marina, an exclusive swimming pool, 2 tennis courts and children playground make Palm Cay one of the most desired gated communities on New Providence.

There is an additional rental fee to be paid To Palm Cay for use of water equipment such as kayaks, jet skis, paddle boards and tennis racquets/balls.

This house was perfect for our family getaway. The secluded beach off the back deck is absolutely amazing. The kitchen and common spaces were all plenty large for the 12 of us to hang out, and the third floor was great for the kids when the grownups wanted some peace downstairs. Do note that the master suite is significantly bigger than the other bed rooms, so make sure you call dibs if you're booking for your group! The marina and the on site restaurant are a 3 minute walk, and there are plenty other restaurants within a reasonable cab ride. The grocery is technically walkable, but it's a bit of a hike. There are e-scooters and bikes available that make it more accessible for light needs if you don't mind jumping on one of those.Guy's personal touches as host really elevated the experience. He had great recommendations and personal connections for just about everything we wanted to do, he was responsive every time we messaged him, and he was very accommodating around our check-in/check-out times.

Had an awesome week on the beach. lots of room for 3 families and an extremely well stocked house with beach toys, kitchen extras and the community even had a nice park for the kids.
