Excellent location and even better host

We stayed in a very spacious apartment with an amazing view. Our host even gave us domestic wine and olive oil which is really good! Definitely recommend this place!

Great host, warmest hospitality, very close to the beach, fantastic sea, close to bakery and food kiosks, not many people. Garden access makes a feeling you have a villa with the sea in 10 meters from the plot. A lot of parking places. Not far from Porec and Umag. And the owner has fantastic olive oil and red wine. We will definitely return back.

Wunderschöne Tage in Lovrečica!

Wir hatten die beiden Apartments mit Gartenzugang. Die Einrichtung ist einfach und entspricht den Bildern; ausgestattet sind die Apartments sehr umfangreich. Noch nie hatten wir so viele Pfannen, Töpfe, Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck! Ein Problem mit einem Stromkreis wurde kurze Zeit nach einem Anruf bei Herrn Sarac von einem Elektriker behoben. Mitte September hatten Happy Food, Bäcker und Eisgeschäft geschlossen - Strandbars in 100 m bzw. 350 m Entfernung waren geöffnet! Strandschuhe sind unverzichtbar! Wenn man bereit ist, von höchsten Ansprüchen minimal abzurücken, wird man sich über ein tolles Preis/Leistungsverhältnis freuen!

Mülltrennung wäre wünschenswert!

Tolle, sehr geräumige Wohnung mit 2 Bädern und sehr großem Balkon mit wunderbarem Meerblick. Direkte Lage am Meer.

Die Fliegengitter müssten erneuert werden.

Pan mluví pouze německy a protože neměl aktuální papír, tak se předání dost zdrželo a bylo stresující. První platba se posílá na německý účet přes SWIFT :) Krásná velká terasa s výhledem na moře.

Чудесное гостеприимство ☀️

Замечательное расположение, для отдыха с детьми просто шикарно, до пляжа и правда как заявлено 3 минуты. Вид из окна на море, воздух свежий. Хозяин очень добрый и внимательный, номер был расположен на втором этаже, полностью соответствует описанию. Нет ни одного нарекания, весь отдых мы только наслаждались тем что приехали именно в это место. Рекомендуем от души!!!! Спасибо большое Villa Julia за чудесное гостеприимство, надеюсь еще увидимся.

Der Urlaub war perfekt!

Die Lage war perfekt, sehr freundlich sowie jederzeit erreichbar bei Fragen, Deutsprachig, Ausstattung mit Geschirrspüller und Waschmaschine, komme sehr gerne wieder!

Nicht zu empfehlen, viel zu laut vor dem Haus durch neue Verkaufsbude und Bar.

Nur der Ausblick aufs Meer, Bettmatrazen waren okay. Sonst hat uns nichts gefallen! Nie wieder, wir waren froh, nach einer Woche wieder nach Hause zu fahren.

Wir hatten die Wohnung mit Terasse im obersten Stock, vorne. Direkt vor dem Haus an der Straße zwei neue Gastrobuden, einmal Eisverkauf von 13-21 Uhr, daneben ein Bistro-Hamburger-Schnellimbiß mit Bar und Außensitzplätze, von 10-22 Uhr. EXTREM laut! Andauernd fahren Autos, Mottoräder und Quadfahrer dort hin, sehr starkes Verkehrsaufkommen dadurch. Täglich fahren Leute vorbei und Hupen um dort jemand zu grüßen... Keine Ruhe auf der Wohnungsterrasse!!! trotz schönen Ausblick auf das Meer. Für Ruhesuchende absolut nicht mehr zu Empfehlen, auch nicht in der Vorsaison! Niemand war vor Ort als wir ankammen, wir mussten auf den Seniorbesitzer warten nach Anruf, bis er aus Novigrad zu uns fuhr. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer für 6 Personen. Küche hat nur 5 Stühle. Küchenleiste an der Wand hatte keinen Strom. Trotz Wohnungsgröße über 90 qm kein Wohnzimmer. Nur eine 2 er Couch in der Küche ins Eck gedrückt. Couch sehr tief nach unten und unbequem. Stühle unbequem, die einzigen 2 Liegestühle auf der Terasse waren angerostet, Haltebügel verrostet. Auf der Terasse steht ein rostiger Metallschrank, darin ist Staubsauger etc. untergebracht. Auf der Terasse wurden links und rechts die Seitenöffnungen mit einer Art Plexiglas verschlossen, so das der Ausblick hier nicht gegeben ist. Zudem wurde es billigst mit Baumarktutensilien angebracht, es wirkt wie eine Bastelbude., in der Wohnung zeitweise Ameisen und Kleinkrabeltiere (tausendfüssler), hielt sich aber in Grenzen. Die Wohnung hat 2 seitliche schmale Balkone, vor den Schlafzimmern. Aber von Zimmer 3 ging das nicht, die Balkonjalousie war nicht hochzuziehen, defekt, dadurch auch kein Zugang zum Balkon. Der Vermieter sagte, das sei schon länger so, er bekäme keine Handwerker (Ausrede) . Direkt HINTER dem Haus werden gerade 10-20 Ferienhäuser gebaut. Den ganzen TAG Baulärm! ab 7 Uhr. Die Schwer-LKW, Bagger etc. fuhren immer direkt am Haus heran, da dies der Weg zur Hauptstraße war. Viel zu lautNie wieder! Hellhöriges Haus

To nasz drugi pobyt w Villa Julia. Polecam z całego serca. Przemiły gospodarz, wyjątkowa lokalizacja, bardzo komfortowy apartament. Na miejscu dostępne leżaki oraz klimatyczny grill. Spokojna okolica- świetna baza wypadowa aby zwiedzić Istrię oraz północne Włochy. W miasteczku świetne restauracje a pod samym nosem piekarnia i drink bary. Polecam!
