Overall, I had a good experience, the location is great and the people who manage the place are friendly and always available to help. We had a good experience. The breakfast was good, and Chico the dog is absolutely adorable :)

One thing worth mentioning about the location is that, since you’re staying in Uluwatu and relatively close to the nightlife area, there can be quite a bit of traffic and motorbike noise after around 8 pm. At least, this was our experience staying in the Master King Bedroom. I can’t say if it’s the same in the smaller bungalow-style rooms downstairs. It wasn’t a major issue for us, but it’s something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper. Of course, this is also part of being in an area known for its nightlife, which is one of the reasons many people choose to stay in Uluwatu in the first place. The only thing I found a little disappointing was the water situation. I had read on Maps that drinking water and bottle refills were available, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case during my stay. When we arrived, we were given two small bottles of water, but when I asked for more, I was told that we would have to buy additional bottles. There was also no option to refill our own bottles, which was a bit inconvenient and different from what I had expected based on the information I had read.

Everything was the way its presented in the pictured, but the real positive diference was the staff! They are amazing, wulan and the crew are top! Close to everything, perfect to stay relaxed and cosy.

Staff was very friendly and quick to respond. The room was cleaned every day. There were different breakfast options to choose from and generous. I loved the briss running when opening all windows.

I stayed in a bungalow with two levels. The main room is upstairs, and the stairs are very steep. In case you have knee issues, it is better to choose another option. It is close to the main road, so you can hear motorbikes most of the time, so bring earplugs

Excellent, wished I could have stayed for longer. Breakfast was really good, I had the fried noddle and fruit plate (must try both) and a nice jasmine tea. Bed was really comfortable and room was nice and clean. Pool area looked nice too. It's pretty close to a major shop/restaurant strip, like only a 3min grab bike ride and padang padang beach is only about a 10min ride.

As mentioned in the reviews you need to use grab or ride your own bike to get anywhere as the roads are steep and narrow. I walked down to the nearby shop strip so it is possible but wasn't exactly pleasant and definitely not that safe. Grab bikes are so cheap though so I gave in and just used grab for the rest of my time and it was fine. I think most of uluwatu is like this anyway so I wouldn't let it deter you from staying here. Would have been nice if there was a blanket or something for the bed but was still really comfortable.
