The area around the hotel is historical and needs more care but Eagle is cozy and quaint in the middle of the historical area. The manager id lovely and my room was minimal but adequate. I would stay again

The location is super nice, only a few minutes from Girne gate, surround by convenient store and in the middle of tourist attractives.

Our hotel room was pleasant and the hotel location was slightly off track, but the location was good to see the historic city area of Nicosia/Lefkosa and to also catch Dolmus to other cities. However, this place was really let down by the service and staff. Every morning it's first come first serve for breakfast. They prepare a set amount for all guests, but if you are not the first or second down to eat, then there is nothing left other than bits like crackers. If you ask them to top it up, they refuse. We contemplated having breakfast elsewhere, as at times we had just crackers and a few orange segments for breakfast. The bread was also stale and we noticed it wasn't changed for 3 days, no suprise no one ate it! Breakfast aside, the hotel manager is not friendly. We caught her being nasty towards her housekeeping staff very poorly, when housekeepers were friendly and made up our rooms well. There are many nice places to stay in the North Cyprus side of Nicosia. This is not one of them!
