No breakfast was available, but this was stated prior to the stay. The bed was really comfy and there were tea and coffee making facilities. Very quiet location and a lovely room.

Quiet location, good accommodation conditions.
It was hard to find. Although it says you have access to the kitchen, a sign in the room says that after 8:00 pm it is for families. But in the morning we felt like intruders. We were kicked out. If you don't agree, don't allow access!
For the first time in Ireland I felt unwelcome as a guest.
