It's nice if your expectations are more geared towards a hostel setting. I had a private room on the ground floor with a private bathroom. Liked the design, kitchen facilities (you can cook and have fridges and storage space for your food) and the communal rooftop terrace. The owner is also very nice and had no problem with me hanging around for a bit after check-out time, as my train was only leaving a little bit later.
I didn't expect my room to be on the ground floor very close to the entrance and right next to the lounge area and kitchen, which meant every noise from outside could be heard. The guests were rather pleasant and I was out myself much and only stayed for two nights, so it was acceptable. Room didn't have any windows with a view.

Location, great reception, big kitchen, nice guests, *communication*
The luggage storage lockers were broken and not secure (I didn’t worry too much, but would be nice to have locked space)

This has been the cleanest hostel I have stayed in my life. It smelled so nice everywhere and the room was also very tidy and clean. The location is excellent, everything is approachable on foot. I also met Vivian, who was so kind and hospitable. I wish her all the best!
I received a lot of emails before during and after my stay with guidelines about how to check in etc. It wasn’t that much of a problem, it was just a lot of emails the one after the other.
