Location, great reception, big kitchen, nice guests, *communication*
The luggage storage lockers were broken and not secure (I didn’t worry too much, but would be nice to have locked space)

This has been the cleanest hostel I have stayed in my life. It smelled so nice everywhere and the room was also very tidy and clean. The location is excellent, everything is approachable on foot. I also met Vivian, who was so kind and hospitable. I wish her all the best!
I received a lot of emails before during and after my stay with guidelines about how to check in etc. It wasn’t that much of a problem, it was just a lot of emails the one after the other.
