The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious. With an excellant seaview.

The airconditioning was very noisy, it was a substantial up hill walk from the station with baggage. There is quite a bit of road noise. The shower was rather cramped. Reception is hard to find we had to ring the owner to get access.

Stunning view, well designed compact apartment with a comfortable living space and comfy bed.

The location is very hilly and pretty far to walk to any shops or restaurants. A little noisy as the apartment is close to the road and there is only limited street parking.

Stylish Italian decoration inside the apartment

•It is located on the main road from Menton to Monaco and the traffic noise was horrendous. I could not sleep. The apartment door opens directly onto a narrow pavement and then on to the very busy main road. •There were no joining instructions and when I arrived in the mid afternoon no indication as to where I should find the key •The apartment was in a Residence and having knocked on several doors with no reply and called the number on the booking com site (an Italian number) with no reply, I eventually found a man at the top of the property, lying in bed, who took my payment and supplied me with a key. I looked for him again on several occasions but he never re-appeared and other guests at The Residence who I met had not seen him either. •Other reviewers complained of damp. There were visible signs of damp in the kitchen. • The icebox in the fridge was jammed up with ice and unusable.
