Our beautifully decorated home offers you 1,660 square feet of well-appointed space in the heart of East Nashville! We put a lot of care into decorating our home to make sure you have all the amenities you would find in a hotel...but better! :) (Please see our complete amenities list on the listing). Although we don't serve breakfast, there is complimentary coffee, tea and light snacks.

Early check-in (from 8:00 a.m.) and late check-out (until 5:00 p.m.) may be available — just send us a message ahead of time to check availability for your dates. A small fee applies for approved requests, and availability is limited, so the sooner you ask, the better!
🧳 Luggage Drops Unfortunately, we aren't able to accommodate luggage drops outside of your check-in window. We recommend Luggage Hero, Stow Station, or other luggage storage options nearby — they're super convenient and easy to use!

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are GREAT to use in Nashville. They're always about 2 min. away when you are ready to request, and you can get just about anywhere in Nashville for $10 or less. If you decide to rent a car, there is one spot available in the parking lot at the end of our building and there is plenty of street parking available, as well.

Convenient location to airport, Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, Grand Ole Opry. Quiet, safe neighborhood, beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

This property is by far the best we have stayed at. Newer construction, super clean and lots of extra touches. The space was perfect for two couples as we each had king size beds and our own bathrooms. Location was also perfect - quick Uber ride downtown. Plus breweries and grocery stores close by. We would rent here again!

Our family has stayed in many areas of Nashville over the years from the Opry Hotel, near Broadway, Vanderbilt area and the Gulch area but our new favorite spot is the Eastside. Honestly, I used to think that the eastside of Nashville was a little shady but I was completely wrong! It is located just a few minutes from all the action of Broadway and Nissan Stadium but far enough away for some quite R&R. The house is much bigger than expected, beautifully decorated and is very nicely appointed with everything you'll need for your stay. The bedding is super comfortable for a good nights rest. Our hosts Dirk and Maria, are communicative and answered all our questions promptly. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we look forward to visiting again soon!

The house was perfect for our trip, can easily walk to many restaurants in the area and is a short car ride to downtown as well. If I am in Nashville again, I will definitely stay here again.
