We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Two couples and a dog -- we all look forward to returning to the Bird Cottage! The views of rolling hills and sunrises are truly breathtaking. Hearing the birdsong and sitting on the deck overlooking the vineyard is so peaceful. The cottage is immaculate and easily accommodated the four of us. We cooked meals in the full kitchen and also ate out in nearby Elizabeth and Galena. Enjoyed fishing and hiking at Apple River Canyon State Park. The best of all vacation worlds!

This was a beautiful, clean and very cozy home. Made for a perfect weekend getaway with 2 dogs! Will definitely be returning back to this property in the future.
