Blossoms Reach - 2 minutes from station and city centre

Great location. All the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. Lovely restaurants nearby. Easy to access the property, 7 mins from train station and 10 min walk to York walls. Lovely furnishing.

The duvet kept falling out of the broken sheet which meant the top part of the duvet was just the sheet covering me, no replacement for bedding. There was a couple spiders in the bathroom and a mold spot on the pillow.

Easy to check in and out with the lock box. Within walking distance of everything we needed.

Very noisy when the upstairs flat was entering and exiting. Would have liked check in to be available a little earlier and check out a little later.

Location is excellent. Short walk from the railway station.

Could be a bit noisy with traffic.

It looked appealing. Communication was good.

Front door had a single point latch, which didn't close easily without locking. Sash window let in too much noise, from the busy road, when closed. However, was no other option when ventilation was needed. A fire exit door, in the bedroom, was not sealed effectively. With air pressure, it banged every time the upstairs tenants came and went. The bathroom was covered in cobwebs, and home to a few spiders. Including a spiders nest. Considering it was 'cleaned' before my arrival, its certainly not something I expected. Shower head was filthy! Not much to be said about the lower half of the shower cubicle itself either.
