About this apartment rental
This very nice little apartment is located away from the hustle and bustle in a quiet cul de sac in the Borby district.
It was renovated in 2019 with great attention to detail and would like to offer you a nice time in Eckernförde.
The apartment is on the 2nd Floor of a very well maintained 5-family house in the Tuscan style.
Due to the large floor to ceiling windows, the apartment is pleasantly bright and flooded with light.
Especially in the afternoon, the living room is spoiled by the sun.
The kitchen is completely new equipped and is well integrated into the living room due to its wood look.
So that you can sleep comfortably, we offer you three different pillow sizes and high-quality mattresses for you.
The bathroom has a washing machine with integrated dryer ready for your laundry.
With a walk of about 15 minutes you can get over the Petersberg in the city center. From there you have a magnificent view over the harbor and the city (distance about 1.5 km).
Over the old, worth seeing wooden bascule bridge you reach the other side of the harbor and are in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city.
But you can also easily travel by bus (journey time about 6 minutes).
The bus stop is in the immediate vicinity and is approached every 30 minutes (with spa card free of charge).
In Eckernförde there are many small boutiques and shops where shopping is just fun.
Enjoy the many outdoor seats with coffee and cake or explore the beautiful little streets with their old charm.
Parallel to the city center you will find the beautiful long sandy beach with its many opportunities for sunbathing, relaxing, swimming, stand-up paddling, diving or similar.
In the harbor, some captains offer their boats for trips on the Baltic Sea.
Especially nice is the evening cruise with an old traditional sailing ship.
On board you can order a wine or a cold beer and experience the sunset over Eckernförde.
With a little luck you will also encounter the small porpoises of the Baltic Sea.
The beautiful landscape of the surrounding area invites to extended hikes and can also be excellently explored by bicycle (eg. Windebyer Noor, Borby beach, Hüttener mountains, Good Hemmelmark).
Due to the convenient location, the peninsula Schwansen, Karlsminde, Klein Waabs, Kappeln, Schleswig and the loop can be reached quickly by car.
Kiel and Flensburg are also within easy reach.
