About this villa rental
Cozy and comfortable villa, has 220 meters built on 2 floors and 790 garden.
Located in the Urbanization Roche Residencial, about 8-10 minutes walking from the beach.
On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, one of them in the master suite, living room, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious and comfortable porch.
In the upper floor we have an attic bedroom with 2 trundle beds - 4 pax -, a full bathroom and terrace.
Garden with pool and hot shower, storage rooms, laundry room and garage.
The Roche Urbanization, with its impressive beach of fine sand, crystal clear water and spectacular coves, has all kinds of facilities, private security, shops, supermarket, bars and restaurants, as well as playground, and sports facilities, tennis and paddle courts . In the summer months different activities are organized for both adults and children, supervised by monitors.
I admit animals, I know what it is to want to take your pet on vacation and that you can not.
The entrance will be at 17:00 - the departure at 10.00

Was nice and a fair price, good arrangements and pretty well equipped , useful features ( except coffee machine-an espresso one would be great). In my opinion the house cannot accommodate 10 persons ( max 8) taking into account the size of the beds and too many cats in the courtyard that could be a headache from time to time ( I like pets but not a gang , it’s hair everywhere even inside and you cannot leave anything outside). Overall it was a nice vacation, 10 minutes far walking to the ocean, quiet neighborhood ( residential area) and beautiful beaches. The host is very friendly and helpful, a really nice person. Thank you!😊
