Stay in this beautiful 3.5-BR/3Bath, 4-story townhome, one of the Market Street Penthouses at Cinnamon Shore North. With gorgeous details and private entry with elevator, the gorgeous residence is close to on-site eateries, Town Center activities, and Stillwater Pool.
AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.
MAIN LIVING SPACE: The 3rd-floor welcomes family and friends to a gorgeous, open-concept living space under high ceilings. It combines a comfortable family room, a dining area with round table for five, and lovely kitchen. Enjoy the extra space for meal prep on the kitchen island, where you can chat with guests sitting in three, bar-height chairs while you work. Stainless appliances, a built-in microwave, and stylish design elevate the space.
Step onto the balcony for views to the west of the bay and to the east of the Town Center green, where kids can play and where live music is booked on the outdoor stage during high season and holiday weekends.
Enjoy an extra sitting room in the 4th-floor loft. Massive barn doors slide closed for privacy, so you can enjoy a nap or play games.

A second-floor primary suite features a king-size bed backed by a shiplap accent wall and private bath with dual sinks and walk-in shower. The suite opens to a private balcony with Adirondack chairs.
Another king bedroom on the second floor features more shiplap detailing and nautical stripe, upholstered headboard. Palm print curtains pull closed for privacy. Details like tile set in a herringbone pattern along the shower wall dress up the shared bathroom. There’s also a bunk area on this floor, offering two sets of twin bunks backed by an accent wall of wave patterned wallpaper. The kids will have a ball in here!
On the third floor, a third king bedroom in pretty blue and white has a bathroom that also serves the main living space.
GREAT FEATURES: A laundry closet with full washer and dryer on the second floor helps you keep everyone’s wardrobe fresh. Plus, a stay here gives you access to all the other resort amenities, such as two other gorgeous, resort-style pools, beach umbrella/lounge chair set-up services, and a scenic dune crossover that takes you directly to the beach!

10/10 experience staying here for our first trip to Cinnamon Shore!! Booked the house on a whim not realizing that it was in the PERFECT location for my family and I. Located directly above Dylan’s, the Shore Cafe and across the street from The Shore Shop and two other restaurants. Backside where you park is located directly across from one of the pools. The home itself was amazing & super clean! We couldn’t be happier and can’t wait to come back soon!!

Cinnamon Shore North was a great place for our weekend getaway. We loved being so close to the shops and restaurants, it made everything super convenient and easy to enjoy without needing to drive around much. Our condo was wonderful, and the layout was perfect for our stay. It was comfortable, well-designed, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip.There were a couple unexpected issues during our visit. On Friday night, the fire alarm was triggered and unfortunately went off for quite a while, which was disruptive. Then on Saturday, a storm knocked out the power and it wasn’t restored until around 3 PM. While both situations were out of anyone’s control, they did impact part of our stay.That said, overall we still had a great trip and really enjoyed our time here. The location and condo itself made for a fun and memorable weekend, and we would definitely consider staying again.

This townhome worked well for our group which consisted of 6 adults and 3 babies/toddlers. We appreciated that all couples had king sized beds and large bathrooms. The kids weren’t old enough to use the bunk room or game loft but these were great touches for older kiddos. Since this was a 4 story townhome, the elevator was essential for hauling bags/coolers up and down between the third floor living room and kitchen and the front door. It would have been nice to have some gates to block off the stairwells from the little kids. We used big coolers to create barriers but definitely something to keep in mind/bring. The balconies are quite small so we weren’t able to all be outside at the same time. Also the kitchen could have used some additional pots/pans and other necessities. When they say to bring spices, oil, foil, etc. definitely do. Overall we enjoyed our stay but would probably choose to stay in a regular house next time.

Great stay but the house smelled of mildew. Cinnamon Shore is a great place to take a family on a beach vacation.
