About this house rental
Spacious, sunny and modern style home, with beautiful sea and mountain views.
Five to ten minutes walk to central New Plymouth, including the walkway and the ocean.
Can accommodate up to 10 with a large living area, four bedrooms (one counts as a second entertainment/chill room), large bathroom with a second toilet, and inviting outdoor areas.
Central New Plymouth location and fully furnished serviced residence. This is the perfect house for family or friends looking to escape together to New Plymouth! Excellent for events such as weddings where out-of-town guests and family can stay together in one beautiful location. This property is also equally suitable for smaller groups due to the house layout and design.
Plenty of off-street parking spaces, with a garage if required.
The “chill room” has a Smart TV for extra living space.
Multiple safe and fenced deck areas for small children and pets.. Please note that pets are by request ONLY. No animals are allowed in the house please.
Included in the price is Smart TV and wireless internet. There is a small charge for linen and cleaning service (top quality linen is supplied). For your personal items there is a washing machine and dryer located in the garage, with no extra charge for using these.
Our home is designed to offer you a comfortable place to stay whilst on holiday or attending an event in the beautiful Taranaki. We are open to you having a small dinner party or quiet drinks, however we have a strict no party policy. Our home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and we respect our close neighbours.
Special conditions:
No smoking in the house please.
Small dogs allowed with prior approval.
Minimum stay of two nights all week.
$250 per night for first 4 then $60 per person per night Under 2's are free.
Strictly no parties. Happy for you to host a dinner party and quiet drinks but please no parties.
Extras: Cleaning NZ$100.00 per stay

Great space for a large group and close to many things in and around town to keep busy, all essentials were provided for, kids were well entertained and loved the artwork done on the second lounge.

We booked this based on reviews and the advert and were disappointed.
It’s advertised as a private house but it has a tenanted apartment underneath which shares the driveway and the deck overlooks their front yard and clothesline. We found this out in the check-in email.
Outdoor furniture was broken and unsafe, no shade, no dining table indoors or outdoors. Nowhere to eat together apart from breakfast bar. Shower was mouldy and old, not executive as advertised.
Advert says 5-10 mins walk to CBD, but it’s actually a 20-30 min walk or a 5 min drive.
Good kitchen and linen.
We provided this feedback to owner who was appreciative, however the advert has still not been updated.
If looking to stay here suggest asking questions to the owners to make sure it matches expectations. If we’d been aware of these things, it’s unlikely we would have stayed there.
