The convenience and safety of the location. Not too far from CDG airport, very close to the metro and shopping areas and lots of places to eat. The room it self was very clean.

A taste of Paris living

The location is superb. The room is beautiful and comfortable. It is situated in a typical French building with a lovely staircase and old-fashioned elevator. It is close to the metro station Argentine and there are supermarkets and breakfast cafes/bakeries nearby.

The noise when you open up the window is quite overwhelming. Luckily, the double windows do a great job in damping it. It is surprisingly quiet when you close them properly.

All the furniture was so fancy and antique that guests must feel like they're royal of medieval France. The room was very clean, warm, and cozy. It's far better than any other fancy hotel. The location is also wonderful. Especially, the host is so kind and warmhearted. They are always ready to help their guests not only about stay, but also some regional problems that may happen to the travellers.

A fantastic short break in a typical Parisian studio, right in the centre of this beautiful city.

The accommodation was beautifully decorated and furnished in a style perfectly in keeping with the building. The property is extremely well maintained. The accommodation was safe, within easy access of transport and key Parisian monuments (the Arc de triomphe can be seen from the quaint balcony). The studio was warm, quiet and exceptionally comfortable with outstanding communication from the host.

Everything was of a very high standard and our host couldn't have been more obliging; very impressed.

An amazing stay for an amazing price

We had an amazing stay. The location of the room is exceptional as it is located very near the Arc de Triomph. But for this low-priced room, a great location is not the only good thing you get. The room was also very comfy and street noises were excellently shielded. The host was just amazingly sweet! Would highly recommend this stay.

L'accueil personnalisé, l'emplacement, la propreté, le confort, la communication, c'était une très belle expérience parisienne! A deux pas de l'Arc de Triomphe, les Champs-Elysées, le Metro. Η Μαρι η οικοδεσπότης πολύ ευγενική κ άμεση στην επικοινωνία ! Το σπίτι καθαρό και οργανωμένο με ότι μπορούσες να χρειαστείς! Πιστολάκι μαλλιών,ισιωτικο μηχάνημα , σαμπουάν , αφρόλουτρα και άλλα,παντόφλες πετσέτες και έξτρα πετσέτες,Μηχανή καφέ με καψουλες κ μπουκαλάκια με νερό ! Νιώθαμε ασφάλεια διότι ακριβώς δίπλα είναι το σπίτι της και σε περίπτωση ίσως θέλαμε κάτι θα ήταν άμεσο! Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική! Κεντρικά στην αψίδα του θριάμβου με ότι χρειαστείς τριγύρω και δύο στάσεις μετρό δίπλα μας και πολλές στάσεις λεωφορείων ! Και φυσικά το highlight ήταν ότι με το που βγεις στο μπαλκόνι σου έβλεπες την αψίδα !
