Hope's Vista has been a popular location for family gatherings since the 1980s, and now they are sharing the space with you! Come find out why it's been a family favorite for so many years!
*** A maximum of three cars is allowed on the property at ALL times, and street parking is not allowed in this area.***
Located at the edge of Three Rivers on top of a knoll that provides excellent views and a perfect space for multiple family members traveling together. This house is approximately 15 minutes from the entrance to Sequoia National Park. We are driving distance from all businesses in town, although it is a pleasant walk down the driveway and into the local neighborhood. Just be prepared to go back UP to the long, steep driveway!
Two master Bedrooms make this an ideal space for two families traveling together. The third bedroom offers three beds for all the children, and the fourth bedroom gives Grandma and Grandpa privacy!
Both Master bedrooms have a private bathroom, king-size beds, additional seating areas, and great views from either location. One master bedroom is downstairs, and the other is upstairs.
The third and fourth bedrooms will be on the second floor. The third bedroom includes two twin beds and a queen bed with closet space for suitcases. The fourth bedroom has a full-size bed with a large closet.
The lower level includes the living room, kitchen, laundry room, main bedroom, and two bathrooms. The upper level offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The expansive deck extends along the backside of the house, with entry and exit locations in the living room and master bedroom. It offers outdoor seating, a propane BBQ, and a SEASONAL fire pit. The fire pit has seasonal restrictions, and you must supply your firewood.
A maximum of three cars is always allowed at this location as it is a "Shared" driveway. We do not want them to feel like a freeway is next to them. Please also know that the driveway is paved but steep, curvy, and narrow.
The best part? Your best family friend is allowed because we are pet-friendly! There is plenty of room to roam, but please be mindful of property boundaries and do not trespass. Thank you!

Excellent location!!! Beautiful views and relaxing environment. Host communication was excellent. They were sure to check in and when we had an issue with the water service not working in the evening they were on site within the hour. Loved that there was great outdoor space to sit and relax. Everything was clean and labeled, so it was easy to find everything in the kitchen. Internet worked great and we had no issues with the service or the speed. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay at this home. It was furnished well, and the location is lovely.A couple of suggestions: Fill the potholes in the driveway and put blinds in the living room window to block the evening sunlight.

The house was comfortable for us and the view was amazing and we enjoyed seeing the hummingbirds and quail on the property. It was very close to the entrance for Sequoia National Park which was our purpose in being there. We enjoyed some restaurants and shops in the little community of Three Rivers. We had a few issues with the house but the property manager and maintenance person were very responsive to our needs and worked with us to resolve everything.

Great house and location but poorly maintained! No hot water in bathrooms absolutely, toilets clogging, and AC is very inconsistent. The kitchen is equipped with utensils and dinnerware but not with basic condiments such as salt and sugar. Be prepared for this and it is good find.
