About this apartment rental
This third floor 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. Because of its central location on our property, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbecues. It is also a very short stroll to the Bay Side part of our property which has a hot tub and a second pool. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, this unit sleeps a maximum of four people. The comfortably decorated bedroom is furnished with two queen sizes bed with a 32" flat screen TV, and there is a sofa bed in the living room with a large 42" flat screen TV wit HD TV service. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, while the half bath is equipped with a sink and toilet. The spacious, open kitchen plan is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo is completely tiled throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio which is screened-in so that you may enjoy our warm tropical breezes with your friends and family.

Our experience was relaxing, easy, convenient and an overall great. The condo had everything we needed and was in a perfect location. It was clean and had just enough space for our family who was only in our condo to basically shower and sleep at night. Super close to the beach!

I have stayed in this condo many times. Great location. Furniture could use some updating. Boards under cabinets in kitchen and bathroom could use a coat of paint. Overall a great place.
