This home is beautifully upgraded with modern style appliances and decorations. There is a beautiful deck overlooking the harbor with plenty of outdoor patio furniture to enjoy the wonderful weather that Ventura County has to offer. Sit down, relax and enjoy a glass of wine with your family as you watch the boats pass by! There is a gorgeous large kitchen for dining, large living room for entertaining, and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate the whole family. We had a lovely week! The property is just perfect. So spacious, so comfortable, so well-equipped - right on the waterway and just a short walk to the ocean. Everything from kitchen to bedrooms is just impeccable - and the deck over the water is such a treat! Oh and the quality of communication with the team at Gold Coast was exemplary. The home itself was beautiful, but a couple of issues couldn't be resolved and dampened the trip. The master bedroom of all rooms had sheer curtains and no shades and it was like sleeping in broad daylight. Bring your eye masks. The house had a very sour odor and we finally decided it was coming from the laundry room. If these two items were solved we would give it 4 stars instead of a 3 star trip.
