Clean and neat room. Great food! Recommend the rump steak and the mutton stew.
The entrance makes the place seem a bit run down but once you’re inside everything is beautifully maintained.

It was a bit like staying in a room back in history. Absolutely loved it. The staff were super helpful and friendly even through the town’s initial powecut (luckily electricity returned that evening).

Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice of what to eat. Good value for money.
The evening meal was also simple well cooked and excellent quality with friendly service.
Not much to criticize. No Wifi in the room but that didn't worry me as there was in the Bar and phone goes to sleep when I do!.
