Below the hill town of Pićan, just 15 kilometers from the beach, you will find this beautiful pool villa and its 1 hectare garden.
An open terrace with a grill and a dining table overlooks the pool, where you can spend most of your time in Istria.
The house consists of two houses on the ground floor (brown and yellow houses on the index photo). Both houses are very comfortably furnished. In total there are 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 4 beautiful bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet.

It is a little bit far away from the sea but beautiful place between villages, Pican. The welcome was really nice and delicious. We got everything we need to play children. The pool is big enough, and comfortable place.

My friends and I (11 people in total) stayed here for 7 days and it was great
First we got a warm welcome from the host-famliy with self-made wine and some food with self-made olive oil
We had plenty of space in the houses as well as outside, otherwise we had no problems/shortcomings and we knew that we could have gotten help at all times
The day of departure was very relaxed as well and there were no complications whatsoever, we could even buy some of the wine and oil which was great
I can definitly recommend it, thanks for the good time

The house is exactly as described and ideal for a big group of friends, we had a lot of fun there. The hosts are really nice and everything about the check-in and check-out worked without a problem. We would definitely recommend it and consider visiting again!

Beautiful land and well stocked home. Grateful for the air conditioning. Everyone was so welcoming and warm. The surrounding area is also absolutely beautiful. Stunningly clear gorgeous water-but bring water shoes of some sort-the pebble beaches are hard on bare feet. We have always vacationed in France but Croatia is my new favorite. And exactly this home. Everything was perfect. Melita was a wonderful hostess. Charted a boat from Rabac and spent the afternoon visiting the caves and beaches of Cres. Absolutely worth it! I cannot wait to return!!!!
