About this villa rental
One bedroomed villa comprising.
Bedroom has a Super King size bed, two bedside chests with lights, fitted cupboards, dressing table and stool, bamboo easy chair, ceiling fan, air conditioning/heating unit, and wall lights. One south facing window, and one west facing window - both with fly screens and security locks.
Bathroom consists of a power shower unit, toilet and sink with vanity mirror and storage space.
Kitchen/diner - fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric cooker with oven and hobs, microwave, toaster, washing machine, kettle, juicer, blender, etc. There is breakfast bar with two stools, and an outside rotary washing line.
Living room - contains two two-seat settee unit, with a large bamboo and glass coffee table. There is a ceiling fan, and an ornamental fireplace. The living room has double glazed patio doors opening out onto a patio, which has a table and two chairs with views down the valley to the sea. There is a TV with Satellite, DVD. (with films and CD's provided) and WiFi Internet.
External area comprises two levels, the upper level has a 'steps walk-in' swimming pool of 15 Metres in length by 4.5 metres width and a one level depth of 1.5 metres. There are three seating areas available, with adequate sun shade in each area. The lower area, where the villa is situated, again has two areas of seating. The front of the villa seating has views down a valley to the sea at Paphos, and there is also an eating area under a very shady Carob tree. The gardens have a large selection of shrubs, flowers and fruit trees.

Fantastic stay. Brian and Val were very gracious hosts even after we kept them up late struggling to locate the property and then lost the keys! ( We did find them again)Lovely welcome pack with dietary needs catered for. They went over and above for us, getting some extra shopping as we were arriving in Greek Orthadox Easter. Always happy to give recommendations on places to visit or eat. Our first stay in Cyprus, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Would love to come back, sometime.

Me & my husband truly had the most beautifully peaceful stay at this villa. Quiet, private, abundant with nature, a very large swimming pool, & cosy decor with everything you need. A real home away from home. The owners Brian & Val are two of the most kindest people too. When we booked it we mentioned that we were vegan & Alcohol free as we noticed from past reviews that they leave a little welcome basket, so we didn’t want them to spend their money on things we couldn’t have, but they were so accommodating & got us some little vegan bits on arrival. Such a beautiful touch. Although they live right next to the villa to the top, they don’t disturb you, but we did get a kind invitation to join them for some tea one afternoon which of course we were more than happy to! All of the beautiful mosaics surrounding the villa are made by Val, they really are a gorgeous touch. Lastly, I just want to personally say to Brian & Val we are so glad to have met you & we hope to stay in contact with you both for years to come. We said we feel like we’ve known you for ages. Thank you for making our stay so beautiful & welcoming & we hope to see you again next year once we re-book for our anniversary for a longer stay. Big hug to you both. Gaia & Barry xxx
