Located near the airport, close to a disk golf course, with shopping and restaurants nearby. World's deepest hot springs for soaking are a five minute drive away. Local outdoor activities include lake and stream fishing less than two miles away, hiking in national forests, tubing in the local river, snowboarding, skiing, sledding and snowshoeing during the winter at local ski resorts. It is a five-minute drive to an RC plane park. Dark, clear skies at night for star-gazing and meteor spotting. This is a get-away home for relaxing with family or as a home base for adventuring

House was very clean and has nice toiletries if you need them! Communication with the owner was easy quick and thorough. House is a little out of town, if you need transportation call George at Pagosa Taxi 1 (970) 398-0123.

I was a little disappointed that there was no air-conditioning. It was hot the weekend we went and would have liked it a little cooler in the house. There was nothing in the description that said there was no AC or I would have gone to a different place.
