Simple good and clean. Has everything for a stay of a few days for sightseeing in Rome. Easy parking at the hotel garden space. Behind a fence. Easy to reach when you arrive by car. Friendly breakfast service. Nice beds.
It is a shame that you can’t enjoy the garden. There is no outdoor seating under the trees at the lawn. I would like to sit there and read a book to relax about after a day of sightseeing. There is outdoor seating on a stone terrace at the back. But that’s just too hot.

1. Less crowded streets due to location

1. Breakfast was okayish. Coffee was not great. Although I appreciate their effort in preparing fresh cakes to guest. Recommend to add more vegetables.
2. Bathroom was extremely small. One cannot take shower in such a small cubicle.
3. Bathroom had no hand wash and shower gel - terrible.
4. No toilet paper rolls, only sheets. Strange and uncomfortable setup.
5. Beds were not lengthy enough to accommodate tall person.
