About this villa rental
Just built in 2018, "Õrmos seaside villa with private pool" is located at the picturesque and idyllic Ballos Bay. It is designed to offer luxurious vacation, with comfortable outdoor areas, terraces and decks as well as spacious indoor living spaces fully equipped with all the amenities.
The villa has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a private swimming pool and an amazing view of the sea.It is a 2 minute walk to the beach, a 10 minute drive (7KLM) to the harbour of Tinos and maximum 20 minute drive to the villages around the island.
There is a large living room with comfortable sofas, a dining table for 8 people and a large terrace with a dining table for 8 people under the pergola and the private parking.
You can also enjoy the beautiful beach bar located in the beach just below the villa. There, you will find umbrellas and enjoy several food options.
Accessing the property, following the main road starting from the harbour. Driving with west direction having the sea on your left hand and following the signs to BALLOS BEACH. A small part 800m approx. , is a dirt road with a slope part. There is a large parking space and fencing along the whole plot.

Three generations of our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at Oreos seaside villa! Anna and her husband were incredibly welcoming, warm, and helpful. If we had a question, they were close by to help with great recommendations. The villa and location were perfect. We had a lot of family celebrations and the setting was perfect!Many thanks!

We were welcomed to the home, greeted by the owner, and given a list of good places to visit in Tino’s .. they also brought us fruits and vegetables, which we greatly enjoyed . They also brought us a bottle of wine . They were always available to answer questions . The home was beautiful and a walk from the beach . I am thankful for their hospitality and would live to visit again ..

We had a lovely relaxing week on Tinos, staying in Õrmos Seaside Villas with our four children. Tinos is a beautiful island with extremely welcoming and friendly people. The villa was perfect for our family. You can drive anywhere on the island within about 20 minutes, although the roads are a little scary! The pool is small, but the children loved it. The sea is a 2 minute walk away, just make sure you're fit and healthy, it's quite steep! Anna, the host, was excellent at communicating and extremely helpful. The villa itself is a good size, with a nice kitchen and sitting area which is great for chilling out. The outside has a well positioned table where you can eat while gazing out at the sea and Syros beyond. We can highly recommend!

Beautiful villa overlooking Med, adjacent to a secluded beach with restaurant and bar. Anna our host provided excellent recommendations for Tinos attractions and restaurants.. Faultless. Would highly reccommend.
