Located in the hills above Fortuna; the Arenal breeze maintains perfect year-round temperatures with few bugs/mosquitoes
Perfect place to retreat (after an action-packed day) for families, friends or couples.
The owner lives on the property and provides you with the combination of service/assistance (transportation, tours, etc) and privacy that you request.
Private swimming pool and game-room for reserved guest use only.
Main Cabin (inside): King & Queen beds in master suite with A/C & ceiling fan, + separate bathroom with large walk-in shower.
Second Cabin (inside): bedroom with Queen bed & Individual bed and separate bathroom, ceiling fan, floor fan and double-screened open window concept. Perfect for in-laws, children, teenagers, additional friends or couples.
Main Cabin (outside): outdoor kitchen, gas stove burners, BBQ grill & area, dining room and living rooms with accomodations for 6 guests. Kitchen fully stocked and equipped: full-size refridgerator, coffee-maker, toaster, microwave, blender, pots/pans and all the cooking essentials

A little slice of paradise, secluded and private. Perfect location to explore all La Fortuna has to offer. The pool and private garden were amazing. Even as great as the property itself was, Judah and Michele as hosts were even better. Every experience recommended and scheduled for us was top notch and would do them all again. Highly recommend villa Hermosa to all

The absolute best VRBO spot! Judah and Michelle are top notch hosts. There whenever you need them. Judah set-up most all of our activities resulting in the most memorable vacation we've ever had. If you're visiting the La Fortuna area, do yourself a favor and book Villa Hermosa for lodging. You will not be disappointed. Pura Vida!!

Everything was fantastic! Check in was easy, even arriving after dark and later in the day. The villa was as described and clean. The hosts were very kind and responsive as well. We really enjoyed our stay!

This is a very well looked after property with a beautiful pool area. However the location was very noisy as the property borders the only major highway. The beds in the small cabin (which was far from the main building) were quite uncomfortable. Had an issue with the gate closing too quickly on our vehicle as we could not move forward or onto the road quickly enough due to oncoming traffic. We had a booking for 8 nights however left 5 days early as we couldn’t see ourselves staying once our friends left. The owners were good to deal with.
