About this house rental
3 bed 2 bath updated ranch home with patio/BBQ area and fenced in back yard. This south end neighborhood is one block to the Elk Rapids Day Park and backs up to a natural area. The harbor side downtown is 1 mile away with great beaches shops and restaurants. 20 minutes from Traverse City.
The house has solid surface flooring throughout. All new beds and modern furnishings.
The master suite has a queen size bed, private bathroom and patio entrance.
The second bedroom is fit with a Full XL size bed which is narrower than a queen but the same length.
The small bedroom has two twin size beds one also being XL.
Upon request a folding memory foam bed can also be available for additional guests to utilize the living room as sleeping space.
The neighborhood is very quiet with the opportunity to hear many beautiful song birds. The day park is a great place to walk and enjoy the woodland trails along Grand Traverse Bay.

Great stay at Elk Rapids. Beautiful area and really nice place to stay. Cute and clean interior with all the amenities taken care of. Made for a great comfortable stay for our family of five.

Property was exceptionally clean!! Host went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. House was well stocked. Very short walk to local Day Park with lovely beach. Cute town with awesome beaches and play ground less than a mile away. We very much enjoyed our stay!

The mater room is huge. The place is simply decorated but beautiful. Location is great right across the street basically from the bay. It was perfect.

Our overall stay and experience was outstanding for the few of us that stayed here.Everyone agreed the house is very welcoming, clean, and well furnished.Communication with the property owner was another positive experience.Thank you for making the stay wonderful!
