Conveniently situated in the heart of the vibrant city of Lakewood, it boasts a prime location just 10 minutes from downtown Cleveland. Featuring three bedrooms with a total of four queen-sized beds, one comfortable twin-sized cot, and a pull-out sofa,
1. Please place all garbage in wastebasket.
2. No loud music after 10:00pm
3. No cooking with very aromatic seasonings, such as curries
4. Please wash any dishes, cups, pots and pans and put them away
5. Clean and wash coffee pot and filter.
6. Please mop or sweep any spills
7. NO SMOKING indoors.
8. If you have a pet with you, please clean any hair left behind. If there is excessive hair/fur found, you may be charged a fee.
9. Early or late Check ins may be requested 24 hours prior upon availability. For each extra hour requested, there is a $25.00 fee. No requests less than 24 hours prior.

The accommodation was perfect. The place was clean and perfect for our stay. It was also very easy to get to the football stadium.

Family came in from North Carolina and Pennsylvania for my daughters college graduation. The 2nd night the people on the 1st floor were playing loud music and being very loud until 1:00 am. My sister pounded on the floor and they quieted down but it kept my family up until 1:00 am. They also stated that the living room was very cold. When I went in the morning that they were leaving we found that the middle window in the living room looked like it might be off the track.nobody touched the windows. It was too cold to open windows. You will want to check that window. There was only 1 kitchen towel. Other than that it was a good stay.

We rented this upper unit for five adults for a weekend stay in the CLE. The location was very convenient to everything - airport pickups, walking or driving to attractions and food. It's a bright unit, two floors with an attic loft bedroom that has an unlit shower and a sink but no door or toilet. Also only one actual bedroom with a door; the front room had french doors off the living area space. It worked ok. We also had a problem with the bed in the room my husband and I were using; the web of slats was upside down and it looked like the frame had seen better days, so we ended up moving the mattress to the floor and slept comfortably. Off street parking was helpful. Dryer also needs the vent checked. Probably a good unit for up to 4 adults but would not recommend for young kids because of the stairs and the single toilet.

Really enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet at night and the accommodations were perfect for 5 people. Quick access by car downtown and also the RTA West 117th train stop was within walking distance. There were also some neighborhood bars and restaurants very close by that were fun to go to.

Easy overnight close to interstate. Our group of four was well accommodated for a night of rest on a through trip from the East Coast to Minnesota. Good local dinners in the neighborhood.

Not a great neighborhood but that wasn't an issue for us. The heat wasn't working the first night but was taken care of early Friday morning. The downstairs wasn't rented until Saturday night and the guests partied well after 2:00am. Couldn't leave the driveway because that party parked at the end. 20+ sleeping space between 3 units and only 3 parking spaces. It's advertised as a bathroom and 1/2, but the 1/2 bath had no toilet. Neither shower worked properly. We've stayed at many "rental" homes this was the worst by far. Sitting in the toilet with knees out front isn't posdible you must turn sideways and the toilet then tilts. Shelves not secure falling off the wall and no cable so no local news. Just not a great place. Also this isn't the first home we've rented from this host, the place in Columbus was similar, almost like he's a slum vrbo lord..

Only 1 toilet but had 2 showers. Lots of space and sleeping accommodations plenty for our family to unwind after daily excursions. Bedding was fresh, but no towels, wash clothes available. One text to the property manager and issue promptly resolved. Parking was available and property conveniently located close to Target/Starbucks and restaurants.

Great location. Close to everything. Love the town. Clean home Only negative would be the bathroom needs to be updated. Towel bar coming off wall. Sink wasn't attached to wall. Shower door was missing. Had a shower curtain in its place. Would stay again to visit the area.

The house is the upper two floors and has lots of stairs. The home was roomy and had a open floor plan. There was only one TV in the entire unit and its in the livinig so be sure to bring one if you like to watch TV in a bedroom.

The house itself was fine overall but I few things are worth mentioning. When it says 1.5 baths it really means 1 toilet and 2 showers. That was odd and I have no idea how that would work for the 11 people the description says it could accommodate. We had 4 people and had to wait for the bathroom. The microwave was on top of the refrigerator which I'm assuming was due to the outlet but it was very odd because unless you are tall you had to stand on a chair to microwave anything. Refrigerator really needs to be replaced, there is rust on the outside and it leaks water from somewhere on the inside. If you use the toaster you have to put it on a chair to plug in because the outlets are on the floor. Not a deal deal breaker but again it's odd. The washer stopped working on the 2nd day of our stay and was never fixed so we had to use the laundry mat down the street. One more thing worth mentioning is when you come in the entrance door the floor is on a slope and it's laminate so when it's wet like it was for us from the snow you have to hold on to walls to make sure you don't slip. Not the best for kids or older people, it actually could be dangerous. Beyond those issues the the neighborhood and location are great, the house itself is cozy and the management was available by email. I rated it good but with a few minor tweaks it could be great for the price.

I stayed in the upper floors for my bachelorette party on a long weekend. It was a perfect space to hang out and relax. Close to many local restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend to other large party groups

Quiet and peaceful stay!

I was surprised to find that the rental wasn't for the entire house. The rented apartment was on the top two floors of the property. The neighborhood was very quiet and clean. The property was as shown in the pictures. Lastly, I would have liked to have at least two restrooms with a toilet. If in the area, I would rent this property again.
