About this house rental
Large open living area with gas fireplace and comfortable seating. The formal dining room seats 8-10 , the breakfast room seats 2 with 2 more at the bar. One story split floor plan with sun room overlooking pool. This Floridian style house is in a quiet neighborhood with tennis courts, walking trails and only 5 miles from downtown Augusta and 8 miles from Augusta National. This is the best location to commute to the Ironman competition. There are 3 queen size beds and 1 king size bed with one guest room having private bath.

We were in town for the Ironman. The home was close to all activities! It was clean and very well maintained. The host was flexible with check in and check out and was very responsive to all communication! 10/10, would stay there again for sure!!! Thank you for everything!!!

Home was exactly what I thought I was getting. Great 4 bedroom home for the masters. 15 mins away. Close enough but far enough from all traffic. Highly recommend. Very clean

Unfortunately, we were not able to stay with Sylvia because of Hurricane Helene but she was wonderful to work with before, during, and after the storm. We hope we can stay there in 2025! Thinking of you and everyone in Augusta who was impacted by the storm.
