About this apartment rental
The newly furnished house is located in a quiet location in the wonderful mountains of the Karwendel. The apartment has a barrier-free separate entrance.
It has a bedroom with two beds (also possible separately), a living room with a high quality sofa bed for 1-2 persons, small fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, storage room, cloakroom and private terrace.
The apartment is 40m² in size.
In the bedroom and in the living room there is a flat screen TV and I-Net access.
The apartment is centrally located and invites to countless excursions and hikes in the surrounding area. In summer you can do many different tours. The Engalm, the Gramaialm or the nearby Achensee invite you for a leisurely trip.
Even in winter we are very central to the family ski areas such as Stans, Weerberg or Kellerjoch in Schwaz. To the big ski areas like the Zillertal we are only 30 km away.
From a booking of 7 nights, you will receive the free digital guest card with 30 additional attractions in the Silver Region Karwendel.

Kommunikation mit der Agentur war nicht erforderlich, lediglich Hinweise vor der Reise und Mitteilung der Adresse per Mail. Alles mit der Vermieterin per Mail, Telefon oder vor Ort geklärt. Sehr nette, hilfsbereite und unkomplizierte Vermieterin. W-Lan vorhanden, aber die Qualität könnte evtl durch einen W-Lan Repeater verbessert werden. Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge: zu Fuß sind Bäcker oder Metzger bzw. kleiner Einkaufsladen erreichbar, weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort, schnell mit dem Auto am Achensee oder in Innsbruck. Gut ausgestatte Küche. Bequemes Doppelbett und Schlafsofa fürs Kind im Wohnbereich. Für uns vollkommen ausreichend. Großes Bad. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Ich war geschäftlich in der Ferienwohnung untergebracht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und aufmerksam. Die Wohnung ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet und es stehen Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus zur Verfügung.

Cercavo su google un appartamento comodo per 3 persone completo di tutti i confort, è così ho trovato questo sito ed ho provato a cercare una casa.
Però le foto della casa che ho visto in fase di preparazione non è stata ciò che mi hanno riservato, casa molto piccola per 3 , non c’era il forno, no luce del comodino, no appendini in wc, internet a intermittenza , divano letto per terza persona in cucina e molto scomodo.
