About this house rental
The property is located in a quiet area, with a private road. The sea is 2 km away, as is the lake in the opposite direction, where it is possible to visit the Giacomo Puccini Villa and the beautiful open-air theater will offer you the chance to attend its famous operas. You can also book trips on the boat and enjoy the splendid lake view. Food, fruit and vegetable shops and a bakery can be reached in three minutes on foot. Pharmacies, medical center and mercy are 5 minutes away by car. To get to the sea you can take advantage of the bike path immersed in the green of the Mediterranean that will take you directly to the beach where you can choose between free and equipped, with all the comforts. Walking along the avenue of lime trees in 4Km you arrive in Viareggio, from whose dock you will find the boat that will take you to the Cinque Terre. In 20 minutes by car you can reach Forte dei Marmi or going in the opposite direction you can visit Pisa and its leaning tower. Walking along the Aurelia state road and a stretch of the Florence sea you will reach the city of 100 churches (Lucca).
