Comfortable 1-Bedroom Glenville Escape -Sleeps 4 -Fast Wi-Fi

The host was very kind and helpfull, replying fast for every need. The area is very nice and very close at the train station. I really like the green view of my window and the place where all the apartments are. Fordham park which is near is pretty nice and Margaret McMillan Park is ok too. New cross road has buses and night buses for the city center which is 1-2 min walk. I really liked the area around deptford station like deptford market yard, 5 min walk from home. Deptford high street is interesting, with all kind of shops, 5 min walk from home.

Bed mattress at both beds felt a bit uncomfortable. Cleanliness could be a bit better.

The dryer was not very effective and the pots need replacement as all the nonstick coating has worn out

I had a long (nearly three week) stay at this apartment, and by the end of my time there I was sorry to leave. It was comfortable, relatively spacious (two beds) and homely - well-equipped with facilities and mod-cons. There's free parking, too. Located close - and equidistant - to both New Cross and Deptford stations, it was perfect for my purposes. I would certainly recommend if you're looking for a comfortable apartment, located minutes from the vibrant Deptford High St - and at a very reasonable rate. Also to add that Kay, the host and manager, was very thoughtful and kind, and always responsive to any questions I had. Thank you!

Most things were fine, but my one issue was that that there wasn't a bedside light (as far as I could see, having checked the cupboards). But that was okay, as I brought one from my studio. A bedside light would be a nice extra touch.
