Fabulous location and home was perfect for our requirements. Had all we needed.
Property was a little run down and needs TLC to bring it up to full potential. Rubbish lying around and overgrown planting was annoying for access. The path to nowhere ie box hedging in front the front steps was a trip hazard and it was annoying to have to walk on the grass after rain. I see this has been mentioned in other review as has the problem with the sliding door into family bathroom and neither have been rectified 🤷♀️
FYI to the dinner plates are too large to allow the dishwasher to operate correctly

Such a great house - the layout, amenities, location all spot on!

Location, 2 bathrooms and nice outlook.
The garden was full of weeds, the house was clean but a little tired looking compared to other priorities in the same area.
